  Enrollment for 2020/2021 is open!

Important Enrollment Information: 

• Enrollment fee is $90 per family.  
• We have year-round enrollment
• Our school year runs from June 1 - May 31 of each year giving you 365 days to complete your required 160 days of schooling. Enrollment ends on May 31 of each year regardless to when you enroll. 
• You must have legal guardianship of a child to enroll them. 
• You must live in the state of Alabama to enroll with SMA.
• You need to withdrawl your child from their previous school before enrolling with SMA.      You cannot be enrolled in two different schools at the same time. 
• You must agree to SMA behavior standards in order to enroll. 
•  You do NOT need to be Jewish to enroll with SMA. 

How to Enroll: 

Step 1 - Request enrollment forms from ShalomMessianicAcademy@gmail.com 

Step 2 - Fill out one Application form for your family, be sure to list each child enrolling, and fill out a separate Church School enrollment form for each child enrolling. 

Step 3 - Mail in or email your form along with the $90 tuition. Here is the mailing address:
2230 Sumpter Street, Birmingham, AL 35226.

Step 4 - When accepted into SMA we will send you a signed copy of the Church School Enrollment form for each student. You will need to mail the signed copy to your local school district superintendent.  

Please Note: If your child is 9th grade or up, you will want a transcript from the previous school so that a high school transcript can be issued. 

Re-Enrollment: 

All families re-enrolling must fill out a re-enrollment form and mail it in along with your tuition. You must fill out a Church School Enrollment form for any new students. In addition to this, please make sure all grades are turned in, and any borrowed books are returned, and any co-op fees have been paid.
